Mindful Mornings

30 min online lesson/practice sessions 8AM Tue or 12PM Wed eastern.

Service Description

Anyone can learn mindful meditation. New exercises introduced each week help you build a custom meditation practice over time. Classes start with a 10 min lesson and mini-exercise. This is followed by 15 - 20 minute, semi-guided mindful meditation. 15 minutes are reserved at the end of the session for Q&A.
